I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They kept in touch with me, even when I was delayed, and even made me something to eat when I finally checked in. The room was lovely, quiet, and had a great view of the beautiful grounds. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also offers good wifi, making it great for business travelers like myself. the staff and the warm atmosphere of this hotel made it a perfect choice.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this place for our 9-year anniversary. The Bridal Suite was incredibly comfy and clean, and the view of the gardens was simply breathtaking. The location, nestled in a lovely area with pleasant mature gardens, added to the overall charm of the hotel. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the helpful receptionist who checked us in to the friendly gentleman who served us a brilliant breakfast on Sunday. I particularly enjoyed the room amenities, such as the tea and coffee facilities, the flat-screen TV, and the cozy carpeted floors. Furthermore, the dining experience was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious Welsh breakfasts and evening meals. The entire staff, from the manager Robert to the cleaning staff, were incredibly lovely and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
In summary, this venue is highly recommendable to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with exceptional service.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with stunning grounds that were well maintained. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. the staff in the restaurant were friendly and accommodating, making the dining experience enjoyable.
There were some issues with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, as mentioned in a previous review.
